Wondering if your iPhone will support iOS 15? Not all iPhone models will, but fortunately the list of compatible devices is pretty generous.

The list of compatible iPhone models for iOS 15 is basically the same as the devices that could support iOS 14. And yes, the lone iPod touch 7th gen is the only iPod touch model that supports iOS 15 (for now anyway, maybe a new model will launch to support it as well).

Some iOS 15 features are going to be supported by newer model iPhones only, including iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone SE 2nd generation, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 12 mini, and newer. Basically any iPhone with an A12 chip or better will support the following features:

* Visual Look Up of photos

Additionally, there are features specific to 5G networks that require iPhone 12 or newer, since only those models support 5G networking.
